There are several private phone service providers who can help you set up phone accounts that will allow you to receive collect calls from prisons. If you don't have a 'land line' or need to have calls forwarded, or have some other problem that would not allow you to have a regular account with GTL, then you may want to check with one of these providers. The Inmate Family Council does not have any recommendations, and only provides this information to you to help you seek solutions to your phone problems. |
