We are a group of volunteer citizens (family & friends of prisoners) who meet regularly with the administration at CIW to jointly find ways to improve policies and practices related to the treatment of prisoners and their families and friends.

 This site is not a state-sponsored website. We are a volunteer organization, and are NOT part of the prison staff or administration.

This is a new website for the CIW Inmate Family Council. It will have information about issues that are important to inmates and their families at home. As the site is built, it will include items of importance specific to CIW families. Look for new information on Medical, Visiting, Packages, Phones and other issues that are important to families.
